The Kappa Delta House is a brick laid three floored building.
BASEMENT Restricted access; sisters and invited guests only	REC ROOM | mostly used as a fitness and game room for the girls, there is enough room for light exercises, a TV, stereo and multiple games like darts and pool.
	WINE CELLAR | always stocked with wines - red, white, champagne. The girls add to the collection form time to time for future sisters to enjoy.
	STORAGE |
	MEDIA ROOM | Equipt with the next gen consoles (XBOX One, PS4, WiiU), BlueRay player, surround sound system and a nicely sized TV. The room is furnished
	BEDROOM #7 | usually used as a gues bedroom for those who need to crash, it's furnished with two sets of bunk beds and a walk-in-closet filled with bedding and lost-and-found clothing.

MAIN FLOOR Open access	GREAT ROOM | the main entertaining and living area for the girls, furnished with couches, bean bag chairs, a moss filled, glass-enclosed coffee table, a TV, stereo, drink cart and fireplace
	DEN | more seating for entertaining purposes but also home for a few desks for sisters who want to study or work outside of their rooms but not leave the house
	DINING ROOM | mostly used for fancier gatherings among the sisters and guests, on regular days some sisters will use it as a study area
	KITCHEN | modern and warm in colors with stainless steel appliances and always stocked with healthy (and something junk) food!
	NOOK | this tucked away part of the house is where all of the chapter's awards, certificates and pictures of sisters through the ages are displayed, it's also the home of a few beanbag chairs for those wanting to sit in a usually quiet place
	EXTRA PARTY ROOM | formerly a 3 car garage, a few generations ago the sisters of KD had the garage remodeled into a giant room specifically for indoor parties
	POWDER ROOM |
SECOND FLOOR Restricted Access; sisters and invited guests only	BEDROOMS | six total, all small but big enough to fit two girls to a room if needed.
	BATHROOMS | three total, all accessible by really anyone without needing to go through anyone's bedroom, 2 sinks, shower, and toilet per bathroom. NOTE: there is only one bathtub and it's first come first serve.
	LOFT SPACES | two total, both have comfy seating for hanging out outside of the bedrooms
	LAUNDRY ROOM | equipped with a washer, dryer, set tub, folding space and even clothes lines for that which needs to be line dried.
